happychild.sg is a free, weekly-updated guide to children's events in Singapore. We curate activities from trusted organisations so parents can quickly find things to do with their kids.

Who we are

We're a parent-run project based in Singapore. We built happychild.sg because we found it frustrating to check dozens of websites every week just to find weekend activities for our kids.

What we do

Every week, we collect and organize children's events from official sources including:

• National Parks Board (NParks)
• National Library Board (NLB)
• Esplanade — Theatres on the Bay
• Science Centre Singapore
• Art Science Museum
• Mandai Wildlife Group
• Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC)
• Sentosa Development Corporation
• Children's Museum Singapore
• ActiveSG
• Singapore Repertory Theatre (SRT)

Events are filtered by age group (0–3, 4–6, 7–14), cost (free or paid), and organisation. Our site is bilingual in English and Chinese.

How it works

We use automated tools to gather event information from official organisation websites, then review and publish them weekly. Event descriptions may be summarised using AI to keep them concise and consistent.
